Do you offer custom bandanas?
We don't offer custom orders on our site, but we do accept custom requests via DM /email when we have availability.
Please note, the pricing and processing time can vary. Reach out to get a quote and estimated processing time!
How do snap-on bandanas work?
There are two durable plastic snaps for an adjustable fit. Snap both snaps together for the average fit, snap the outside snaps together for more room, or snap the inside snaps together to make it snug. See the size chart here.
Are your bandanas washable?
Yes! All of our bandanas are machine washable. Machine wash on gentle cycle, lay flat to dry.
Can snaps be replaced?
We are happy to replace snaps at no cost, we just ask that you cover the shipping cost to send the order to us. We'll cover the cost to ship it back to you. Reach out to daisydogcollc@gmail.com to get started.
If you have a broken snap from another bandana company, we'll happily fix that too, we'd just ask you to cover the shipping both ways.
Can I recycle old bandanas?
Yes, you can recycle DDC bandanas by sending them back to us. Some bandanas will be washed, repaired, and resold at a discounted rate. If they're unable to be resold, we will store them as scraps for future projects, or make them into smaller bandanas. Please reach out to us at daisydogcollc@gmail.com to coordinate.
What is the return policy?
If you don't love your DDC gear, we want to make things right for you!

Are any purchases final sale?
Custom and clearance items are final sale.
When will I get my order?
Our typical processing time is 1-2 weeks. We work full-time jobs on top of DDC so it can take some time for us to get orders out! Always feel free to reach out for an update on your order.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our fabric is printed in Caroll, OH, and our bandanas are sewn in Cincinnati, OH.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Add the items to your cart and enter your address to calculate shipping.
