Returns & Exchanges
Custom Products: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
Non-Custom Products: You may return unused and unworn products within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. If your return is due to a product defect, please contact us before sending it back. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item. To start a return, email us at fetch@daisydog.co.
Clearance Items: All sales are final.
Bandana Snap Repair
We stand by our gear! If a snap on your Daisy Dog Co. bandana breaks at any time, we’re happy to replace it. You’ll just need to cover the cost of shipping the bandana to us—we’ll take care of shipping it back to you at no additional charge. Email fetch@daisydog.co to request a snap repair.
