Processing and Shipping times

At Daisy Dog Collective LLC, we take great care in packing and shipping your order. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping date, please reach out to us at fetch@daisydog.co with your order number. You may request a refund or a replacement at that time.

Daisy Dog Collective LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you have concerns about package security, we recommend selecting a secure delivery location or contacting USPS for further assistance.
